Stephen is a commercial lines account manager at Foster Sullivan Insurance Group. As such, Stephen is responsible for managing overall service delivery on a key group of select business accounts, many in the manufacturing, real estate and construction sectors.
Prior to assuming his current role at Foster Sullivan, Stephen spent over 20 years in the insurance and risk management industries, in a variety of operational capacities. Stephen started his insurance career as an Agent, so he fully understands the insurance process from start to finish. He is committed to applying his industry knowledge to optimize coverage and risk management strategies for his clients.
In his current account management role, Stephen brings the depth of his operational experience to bear on his clients each and every day, as he addresses and resolves the wide variety of commercial insurance issues they bump into. He is an excellent communicator and recognized for being highly responsive to all customer issues.
