Jose graduated from Salem State University with BA in Business Management in 2008. He then went on to work as a customer service representative at Electric Insurance. His prior customer service experience helps him understand what is important to the customer.
His main goal is to bridge the gap between the customer and the carrier in order to provide a product that protects your risks at a price you can afford.
He was raised, and still resides, in Lawrence, MA and enjoys playing basketball in his free time. Jose is also bilingual and can assist with Spanish speaking clients.
