John is a Quality Manager and Commercial Account Manager here at Foster Sullivan Insurance Group. He works on maintaining the Agency Management System, reporting, invoicing, endorsements, agency/carrier interface automation, certificates of insurance and claims.
John enjoys the rapid paced, team orientated atmosphere at Foster Sullivan Insurance Group. He welcomes the opportunity to build strong relationships with his customers by providing total customer satisfaction via timely responses and accurate resolution to all customer requests. Prior to joining Foster Sullivan Insurance Group, John spent 25 years in the information management industry, specializing in Disaster Recovery, Safety & Security and Internal Auditing.
John currently resides in North Andover with his wife and two children. He enjoys coaching North Andover Youth Football and Youth Baseball.
